Refund Policy

In the odd case you feel a refund is necessary, that's fine we have you covered.

To organize a refund please contact us on the contact page in our website your order number and the reason you would like to return your Cucullo Pillow so that we can process your request. It is necessary that the product and packaging are in reasonably good condition and used to return the product.


When your request has been finalised and approved a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Simply stick the new label over the original shipping label and drop it at a local post office.


When the package has been received and checked by our team, we will issue a full refund.
